At Nourish Counseling Studio, we provide counseling, play therapy, and parent support for children, teens, and families in Metairie, Louisiana. Our therapists create a playful, kind, and nurturing space where children can express themselves, build skills, strengthen confidence, and work through difficult emotions at their own developmental pace.

We support children and families navigating anxiety, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, grief, life transitions, and social/family relationship stress. We also specialize in working with Autistic and ADHD clients through a compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming lens that honors each child’s unique way of experiencing the world.

Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, but you do not have to do this alone. Together, we can better understand what your child is communicating through their emotions and behavior, identify tools that fit your family, and support your child in feeling more connected, capable, and confident.
